Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in, go to your Dashboard → Subscription, and click Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

I was charged but my trial should still be active.

Email us at contact@theusmledrill.com with your account email. We'll investigate and issue a refund if the charge was in error.

I forgot my password.

Go to the login page and click Forgot password. We'll send a reset link to your email.

How do I switch from monthly to annual billing?

Go to Dashboard → Subscription → Manage Billing and select the annual plan from the Stripe billing portal.
